Reward Program Rules and Prizes

Bennion Bucks can be earned at every regularly scheduled appointment:

• Signing in and brushing well prior to appointment time:  1 BB
• Proper home care of oral hygiene:   1 BB
• Consistently wearing elastics or headgear:   1 BB (remember, gums don't lie!)
• No broken wires or brackets:   1 BB

Sometimes brackets or bands come loose. We need a call as soon as possible to so we can make sure we have time to fix it. Most repairs cannot be made at your regularly scheduled adjustment appointment.

Bennion Bucks can also be earned in other ways:

• Routine exam & cleaning at your general dentist:  5 BB
  You must bring in proof or a note from their office of your routine exam & cleaning visit. This does not apply to fillings/sealants appointments.
• Referring friends and family:   5 BB
  For every person you refer who comes into our office for an ortho exam. (Be sure to tell them to let us know who sent them!)

With these gift certificates you can purchase CDs, Game Boy games and consoles, CD player, a Mountain Bike, or just about anything else you would like to spend them on.

The smaller prizes can be redeemed the same day you turn your Bennion Bucks in. We will redeem the larger prizes within a week of turning them in. We hope you enjoy our program.
